Chilli Peanut Butter Maggi

Quick and easy chilli peanut butter Maggi made in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets 140g Maggi noodles or any other instant noodles
  • 1 tbsp garlic chopped
  • 1 tsp ginger grated
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1 ¾ - 2 cups water
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter smooth or creamy
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Sesame seeds and chopped green chillies for garnishing

Method
 

  1. Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Pour oil and allow it to heat up.
  2. Then add chopped garlic into the pan. Saute for a few minutes until it is fragrant.
  3. Add grated ginger and cook for a couple of minutes.
  4. Add chopped green chillies and cook for a few more minutes.
  5. After that pour water into the pan and allow it to come to a boil.
  6. When it starts boiling, drop the Maggi noodles into the water.
  7. Then pour soy sauce, peanut butter, vinegar and honey. Give it a good mix.
  8. Check the seasoning and add salt.
  9. Once the noodles are cooked, turn the heat off.
  10. Serve immediately.
