Method
- Apply butter on bread slices.
- Toast until they are crisp.
- Add oil to a pan, add mushroom and cook on high until water evaporates
- Add onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Add butter and all-purpose flour. Cook for 2-3 min.
- Add milk and stir until the sauce thickens.
- Add salt, pepper, herbs, and chilli flakes.
- Add coriander leaves on top.
- Mushroom toast is ready to serve!
