Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 10 min | Total Time: 15 min

Serves: 4 toasts

Ingredients:

4 bread slices

Butter, as required

1 tbsp oil

200g mushroom

¼ cup chopped onion

1 tsp garlic

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp all-purpose flour

½ cup milk

Salt and pepper to taste

½ tsp mixed herbs

1 tsp red chilli flakes

¼ cup chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:

Apply butter on bread slices.

Toast until they are crisp.

Add oil to a pan, add mushroom and cook on high until water evaporates

Add onion and garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Add butter and all-purpose flour. Cook for 2-3 min.

Add milk and stir until the sauce thickens.

Add salt, pepper, herbs, and chilli flakes.

Add coriander leaves on top.

Mushroom toast is ready to serve!
