Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 10 min | Total Time: 15 min

Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

4-5 slices of white bread 

1 tbsp oil

1 tsp mustard seeds

15-18 curry leaves

2 medium-sized onions, chopped

2 medium-sized tomatoes, chopped

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp cumin powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp red chilli powder

Salt to taste

½ cup water

Handful of chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:

Roughly chop the slices of bread.

In a pan, add oil. Allow it to heat up.

Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Allow them to splutter.

Add onion and tomato. Cook until the onions are translucent.

Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.

Cook for a few seconds.

Add water. Mix well. Cook until oil separates.

Add the chopped bread. Gently give it a mix. Turn the flame off.

Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix again.

Seyal bread is ready to serve!
