Method
- Roughly chop the slices of bread.
- In a pan, add oil. Allow it to heat up.
- Add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Allow them to splutter.
- Add onion and tomato. Cook until the onions are translucent.
- Add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
- Cook for a few seconds.
- Add water. Mix well. Cook until oil separates.
- Add the chopped bread. Gently give it a mix. Turn the flame off.
- Add chopped coriander leaves. Mix again.
- Seyal bread is ready to serve!
