Learn how to make street-style kullad/kulhad pizza recipe at home. This is like a mini deep-dish pizza in a cup/mug which is made with bread, veggies and pizza sauce.

Yield: 3 kulhad pizza

Ingredients:

2-3 white bread slices, cut into cubes (sides removed)

1 tbsp garlic, chopped

¼ cup onion, chopped

¼ cup sweet corn

¼ cup capsicum

¼ cup paneer, chopped/diced

4-5 tbsp pizza sauce

1 tbsp oregano, dried

1 tsp chilli flakes

Salt to taste

3 tbsp mayonnaise

Mozzarella cheese, as per liking

1 tbsp oil

2 tsp butter

Chilli flakes, for garnishing

Method:

Heat a pan over medium flame. Add 1tsp butter. Allow it to melt.

Add a little garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Add the chopped bread. Gently give them a good toss.

Cook until they are golden and crisp.

Take them out and keep them aside.

In the same pan, pour oil and add 1 tsp butter.

Allow the butter to melt completely.

Then add chopped garlic. Cook until fragrant.

Add chopped onion, corn and capsicum. Mix well and cook for a minute.

Add chopped paneer. Gently combine them together. Cook for a minute.

Add pizza sauce, oregano, chilli flakes and salt. Mix well.

Turn the flame off. Add mayonnaise and mix it well.

Preheat oven/otg to 200-degree Celsius for 15-20 minutes.

Take a kulhad (clay/earthen cup). Add the toasted bread, mozzarella cheese and the veggie mixture.

Top it with more mozzarella cheese. Then sprinkle little chilli flakes over it.

Place the kulhad in the oven. Bake at 200-degree Celsius for 5-10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Then take it out.

Kulhad pizza is ready to serve!
