Method
- In a bowl, add besan, rice flour, amchur, red chilli powder, salt, ajwain and onion. Pour water a little at a time.
- Mix well. Make a smooth and thick batter.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Add baking powder and mix well.
- Brush oil onto preheated waffle maker plates.
- Pour 2-3 tbsp batter. Close the lid.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden and crisp.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and tomato ketchup.
- Pyaz pakora waffles are ready to serve!
