Pyaz Pakora Waffles Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup besan
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 2 tsp amchur powder
  • ¼ tsp red chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp ajwain
  • ½ cup sliced onions
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • Oil as required
  • Fresh coriander leaves and tomato ketchup for garnishing

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, add besan, rice flour, amchur, red chilli powder, salt, ajwain and onion. Pour water a little at a time.
  2. Mix well. Make a smooth and thick batter.
  3. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
  4. Add baking powder and mix well.
  5. Brush oil onto preheated waffle maker plates.
  6. Pour 2-3 tbsp batter. Close the lid.
  7. Cook for 4-5 minutes or until golden and crisp.
  8. Garnish with coriander leaves and tomato ketchup.
  9. Pyaz pakora waffles are ready to serve!
