To make the tricolour paneer sandwiches:
- Place a slice of white bread on a chopping board. Cut the slices of bread into circles using a cookie cutter.
- Apply green spread over one side of the bread. Place another piece of bread over it.
- Then apply white spread. Add another piece of bread over it.
- After that apply the orange spread over the bread. Top it with another piece of bread.
- Insert a toothpick vertically, at the centre of the sandwich. Make the rest of the sandwiches in the same manner.
- Enjoy these paneer sandwiches with a cup of tea.
Tip:
- Make Breadcrumbs With The Scraps - Tear the remaining bread into small pieces. Add them to a mixer or food processor. Pulse until you get fine breadcrumbs.
