- Heat a non-stick pan over medium flame. Add butter and allow it to melt. Then add chopped garlic and green chilli. Cook for a minute or until the garlic becomes golden. Add black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice. Mix and turn the flame off. Keep it aside.
- In a large bowl, add cherry tomatoes, paneer, onion, cucumber and mint leaves. Pour the dressing and give it a gentle toss.
- Serve and enjoy this tasty tricolour vegetable salad.
