
Easy Homemade Garlic Kulcha Recipe (No Yeast Needed!)

Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 30 min | Total Time: 40 min
Serves: 5 kulchas
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
¾ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
¾ cup curd
2 tsp oil
Water, if required (to knead the dough)
Chopped garlic
Chopped coriander leaves
Method:
In a large bowl, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt. Mix well.
Add curd/yoghurt and oil. Knead well to make a soft and smooth dough.
Apply oil over the top of the dough.
Cover and let it rest for 30 min.
After that knead for 7-8 min. Rest for 10 min.
Preheat oven to 250 degree Celsius.
Divide the dough into 5 portions.
Take one dough ball, add garlic and coriander leaves on top.
Press it down and roll it out
Place the kulchas on the baking tray.
Bake at 250C for 10-15 min or until golden and crisp.
Take them out and apply butter over the hot kulchas.
Serve hot!

Method
