In a blender jar, add milk, instant coffee, melted white chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
Blend for 1-2 minutes or until all the ingredients are fully combined.
To make sweet cream cold foam:
Add vanilla ice cream to a small glass and whisk for 30-40 seconds.
To serve the drink:
Take the serving glass and fill it with ice cubes.
Pour the white mocha coffee into the glass.
Pour the whisked ice cream over the top and serve immediately!
