Serves: 4 people

Ingredients:

12-15 Jamun (Indian blackberry/Java plum)

2-3 tbsp jaggery powder

Juice of ½ lemon

5-6 ice cubes

Kala namak (black salt) to taste

Red chilli powder to taste

Lemon wedge (for rimming glasses)

Instructions:

De-seed the jamun and transfer to a grinder.

Blend jamun, jaggery powder, lemon juice, and ice cubes until smooth.

Mix black salt and red chilli powder on a plate.

Rub lemon on the rim of shot glasses, then dip into the spice mixture.

Pour the jamun mixture into prepared glasses.

Serve chilled and enjoy!
