Maggi egg devil or egg nest as my mummy likes to call it is a delicious and appetising snack recipe that requires just 2-ingredients. So this Mother’s Day cook this recipe for your mom and make her feel special.

Maggi Egg Devil or Dimer Devil

Egg devil with Maggi is my mummy’s favourite recipe. So I thought I should share it with you guys. It’s easy, simple and quick. You just need egg and Maggi masala noodles to make this dish. If you don’t have Maggi then use any other instant noodles. To make this, cook Maggi as per package instructions and then coat the egg with noodles. Roll it into breadcrumbs and deep fry until golden brown. Try this recipe today and I’m sure you will be making this over and over again!

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cook Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 20 minutes

Serves: 3-4 people

Ingredients:

  • 5 packets (70g each) Maggi masala noodles
  • 6 eggs, hard boiled
  • 3 cups breadcrumbs
  • Oil for deep frying

Cooking Directions:

Step 1

Cook the noodles as per package instructions and then keep aside. Allow it to cool down.

Step 2

Cover the boiled egg with Maggi and roll it into breadcrumbs.

Step 3

Heat oil on medium-high flame. When the oil is hot, add the egg and cook until golden-brown in colour.

Serve with carrot-cucumber salad and tomato ketchup.
