How to Make Your Rose Coconut Sharbat:

Ingredients:

1 tsp gond katira crystals

½ cup water

2-3 tbsp rose syrup

4-5 ice cubes

1.5 cups coconut water

Instructions:

Prepare the Gond Katira:

Grab a bowl and add your gond katira crystals.

Pour in enough water to fully submerge them.

Cover the bowl and let the gond katira soak for 5-6 hours, or until it transforms into a soft, jelly-like consistency. It’ll expand quite a bit!

Assemble Your Cooler:

Take your serving glass and spoon in about 3 tablespoons of the hydrated gond katira.

Next, drizzle in your desired amount of rose syrup.

Fill the glass generously with ice cubes.

Top it all off with refreshing coconut water.

Mix and Serve:

Give everything a good mix with a spoon to combine all the flavours.

Serve your Rose Coconut Cooler immediately and chilled for the ultimate refreshing experience!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp gond katira crystals
  • ½ cup water
  • 2-3 tbsp rose syrup
  • 4-5 ice cubes
  • 1.5 cups coconut water

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, add gond katira crystals and water. Cover and let them soak for 5-6 hours until they swell into a soft, jelly-like consistency.
  2. Grab a serving glass and add 3 tbsp of the hydrated gond katira, a splash of rose syrup, and a generous amount of ice cubes. Top it all off with coconut water.
  3. Give it a good stir and serve immediately for an incredibly refreshing drink!
