Serves: 2 people

Ingredients:

2 cups grated carrot

2 cups milk

1 tbsp ghee

½ cup sugar

½ cup chhena

⅛ tsp green cardamom powder

Chopped almonds and raisins, for garnishing

Method:

Heat a saucepan over medium flame. Add carrot and milk. Bring to a boil.

Lower the flame a little. Cook until the milk has evaporated.

Add ghee. Cook for a minute.

Add sugar. Cook until it has melted.

Add chhena and cardamom powder. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot!
