Ingredients:

For the coffee jelly:

1 cup water

2 tbsp sugar

¾ tsp agar-agar powder

2 tsp instant coffee

For the dalgona coffee:

1 cup oat milk

2 tbsp sugar

2 tbsp coffee

2 tbsp water

Ice cubes, as required

Method:

To make the coffee jelly:

In a saucepan, add water, sugar and agar-agar. Mix well.

Then heat the saucepan over a low flame/temperature.

Bring the liquid to a boil while stirring continuously.

After that let it simmer for a few minutes. Constantly stir the liquid, otherwise, agar-agar will stick to the bottom of the pan.

Turn the flame/heat off. Add coffee. Mix well.

Pour it into a flat bowl.

Allow the liquid to cool down to room temperature.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until it is completely set.

Cut the jelly into cubes.

To whip the coffee:

Add sugar, coffee and water in a glass. Whisk until frothy.

To make the drink:

In the serving glass, add coffee jelly cubes, ice cubes and oat milk. Top with a dollop of whipped coffee.

Serve chilled!
